10 Push ups, 10 Squats
9 Push ups, 9 Squats
8 Push ups, 8 Squats
- Continue to work your way down by 1 repetition every round
- Keep going until you reach 1

30 second wall squat hold, 30 second v hold
25 second wall squat hold, 25 second v hold
- Continue to work your way down by 5 seconds every new round on both exercises
- Keep going until you reach 5 seconds each

10 static lunges each side, 30 second plank
8 static lunges each side, 30 second plank
- Continue to work your way down by 2 repetitions on the lunges each side
- The plank stays at 30 seconds every round
- Keep going until you reach 2 lunges per side

20 second run, 40 second walk
