J.R. Fitness Coaching offers both one-on-one and buddy personal training.  Sessions are tailored to your individual needs with your progress tracked and advanced each session helping you to reach your goals faster.

​All outdoor personal training sessions are held at Taplin Park in Drummoyne. Home visits are also available.

30 minute session: $40
45 minute session: $60

Buddy Personal Training 
30 minute session: $25 per person
45 minute session: $35 per person
